One-year Instructor of Russian
The Department of Modern Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics at the University of Oklahoma invites applications for a full-time, one-year position in Russian for the 2021-2022 academic year.  The academic year runs August 16, 2021 (arrival in Norman, Oklahoma by August 10) through May 15, 2022. Duties include teaching elementary to advanced Russian Language, contributing to major recruitment, and participating in and organizing activities for the Russian Language Program. 

Requirements: MA in Russian Language and Literature, Pedagogy, Foreign Language Pedagogy, Second Language Acquisition or a related field; experience teaching Russian language to English-speaking students at the college level; native or near-native fluency in Russian; and excellent command of English. PhD preferred.
