Anna Grzymala-Busse discusses political science research in the Trump era

Inside Higher Ed's recently published article discusses how political science research can benefit from interweaving comparative and American politics. Professor of Political Science at Stanford University, Anna Grzymala-Busse, explains that Americanists often view United States politics as unique, thereby demanding a unique set of tools for analysis. She states, however, that research in the age of Trump could benefit from a more global, comparative approach, as many international communities have struggled with authoritarism and attacks on democracy.
