SURF is an international student organization dedicated to
exploring foreign policy through student collaboration.
Recognizing that today's students will become tomorrow's
leaders, SURF promotes dialogue and discussion across national
borders on issues ranging from government policy to business to
the environment. We look for open-minded students eager to share
perspectives while constantly striving for greater understanding.
SURF promotes collaboration through both virtual and face-to-face
programs. While headquartered at Stanford, we work with a number of
prominent Russian universities to sponsor events for students across the globe.
