There are several ways to pursue academic studies in Russian, East European & Eurasian Studies:
CREEES offers a One-Year, Intensive Program in Russian, East European & Eurasian Studies
Interdisciplinary Minor
By taking designated courses offered in Slavic languages and literatures, economics, anthropology, history, political science, and other relevant departments.
Interdepartmental Major
Although there is no established interdisciplinary major, students may individually design their own interdepartmental major with faculty approval. In addition, the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures offers a four-year program of instruction leading to an A.B. degree; Slavic, East European, and languages other than Russian are also offered.
Coterminal Degree
Undergraduates may apply for coterminal A.B.-A.M. degrees, commitment that generally entails an additional year of study at Stanford beyond the usual four years
